Pre-contractual information
In accordance with the Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and Article 250 EGBGB, we meet our information obligations.
§3 para. 1 lit. h to j
Courses are provided to the traveler as part of a group. The size of the group usually varies between 4 and 12 surfers depending on the demand. Classes are usually in German or English. Courses are limited for people with reduced mobility.
§3 para. 4
Payment: The down payment of 20% of the travel price is payable immediately and to be transferred to our account stating the invoice number, plus any immediately payable services, such as insurance, processing fees or stop and airport surcharges. The balance is to be transferred no later than 30 days before departure also under indication of the invoice number on our account. For bookings less than 4 weeks before departure, the entire amount is due immediately and send a screenshot of the transfer by e-mail to us to avoid reminder fees.
