The Surfhouse Estagnots is the perfect surf hostel for beginners to advanced surfers. The beach "Les Estagnots" is known amongst surfers for the ideal waves breaking over a sandy bottom. Ideal conditions for every surfing level. The area around Hossegor is something for every beginner and advanced surfer to fall in love with!
A private entrance leads up to the beach through the back garden of the Beach House. In the garden itself, there is plenty of space to spend time outdoors together. Whether it's BBQ nights, yoga, storing surfboards, waxing or hanging up wetsuits. There is even an extra board room in the garden for the wetsuits, so they don't have to be stored indoors.
The Beach House is a newly renovated, 145m2 apartment with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and another separate toilet. It has a cosy living room with enough space to chill. On the enormous flat screen in a relaxed atmosphere, you can organise movie nights and surf theory. The house backpacker style, so there is always an eclectic mix of surfers of different levels, skaters and other travellers!

6 bed dorm ensuite
The light-flooded 6-bed dorm is on the same floor as the cosy eat-in kitchen. It has a private bathroom with direct access. In addition to a sink and a toilet, this bathroom has two showers. There are also six lockable lockers in the room, one for each guest.
Double room
There are a total of 2 double rooms that share a bathroom with the 4-person dormitory. The double rooms have single beds, which can also be joined together.
6 bed dorm
The 6-person dorm consists of single beds and is located in the attic. For everyone who likes to nestle and like it cozy. The shared bathroom is one floor below. That way you can sleep peacefully on when this is being used by the Dawn Patrol surfers early in the morning.
Double room ensuite
This double room also consists of two single beds, which can be joined together. It also has a private bathroom with direct access. The unique thing about this bathroom - it has two sinks. In this way, both residents can get ready for their surf session simultaneously.
Local and experienced surf instructors conduct all surf courses. Where local knowledge, maximum safety and absolute customer satisfaction are standard. It is best to let us know directly booking which type of surf course you would like to book when you arrive. We will be happy to give you more information and details about the course schedule. We can advise you, in particular, to find the right course for you.
We offer high-quality surf courses with a special focus on safety and a mature training system, and enough fun for you to enjoy your development. The surf lessons take place on Les Estagnots beach right in front of the house, with no transport needed to jump in the waves!
The surf courses are generally divided according to the level of participants, from beginner to advanced. Les Estagnots is known worldwide for the quality of its waves. There is always something to surf here. If the conditions are excellent, it will be world-class! The beaches from Seignosse to Hossegor are locations for the World Surfing Tour, which takes place every October.
Not all surf camps are created equal, which is why we meet precisely defined quality requirements. Specially trained surf instructors, the highest safety standards and top training material are some of the requirements that our surf camp meets. You should learn surfing with the best material, very well trained surf instructors and in a great environment. We comply with international standards and of course also have the certificate of approval from the German Surfing Association. The perfect balance to surfing is yoga! Yoga stretches your muscles and you build strength at the same time. In addition, yoga has a cleansing effect on the body, mind and soul. We offer you courses every week, which you are welcome to join spontaneously. The yoga sessions take place in the in-house garden or directly behind it on the beach.

It has a completely redesigned Saktepark right by the sea very close by! The "Skatepark Seignosse Océan" offers, with very soft entrances, the opportunity for beginners as well as advanced skaters to have fun. Another new Sektpark was built this year in the neighboring town of Capreton. This is about 5 minutes away by car. This park features a street area as well as an incredible bowl.
The forests around the camp are perfect for a round of longboarding. You can cruise undisturbed on the paved roads. Longboarding not only helps you to get a better feeling for the surfboard. You will also learn to master balance. We provide longboards in various lengths and shapes free of charge on site.
Our new Pure Surfcafé is on the ground floor of Surfcamp Seignosse! The café has a beautiful wooden terrace with comfortable sofas. Enjoy a "petit dejeuner" (small breakfast consisting of a coffee and a croissant) or see what our menu has in store. At night are occasional events such as surf contests and live music.

Spend a day in the jewel of the Basque Country! During the day, we stroll through the old town and show you the best tapas in town. In the evening you can enjoy with us an incredible view from "Monte Urgull" on one of the most beautiful sunsets. San Sebastian is an absolute highlight; if you have never been there, we can warmly recommend the trip for €40 in the high season. We can organise if we get a group of 20 guests.
We can organize dinner for you in one of the most famous restaurants in the region. The notorious "Chez Monette" is within walking distance and only a few minutes' walk from the house.
Stroll through the Basque capital and enjoy the typical French atmosphere! Bayonne is not particularly big, but it has a lot of charm. Stroll through the beautiful old town in a relaxed atmosphere, admire the cathedral, enjoy Basque delicacies in the small market hall and end the evening in one of the cozy restaurants by the river.
At our Surfboard Night you will meet some locals, surf instructors, camp manager Darren and teamers who will enjoy the BBQ with you. Interesting questions will be discussed, such as what could be the right board for you, while we enjoy our BBQ.

Breakfast, the most important meal of the day is included in the price.
It includes fresh fruit, muesli, toast, bread, cheese, sausage, jam and Nutella. Everything you need for a balanced and healthy start to the day. Including coffee, tea, water and orange juice to provide you with the energy you need at the start of the day.
A delicious BBQ evening is the highlight of the week. We sit comfortably together in the garden and philosophize about surfing. Of course there are also fresh vegetables. There are also 4 additional dinners that we will prepare for you. We also have 2 more restaurants on the ground floor of our surf camp where you can eat on the off days. Otherwise you can feast in the numerous restaurants in Seignosse and Hossegor.

Own arrival by car via Paris to Bordeaux, then south towards Bayonne. From the A63, take the Vielle Saint Girons/ Moliets-et-Maa/ Léon /Castets exit and follow the signs for Vieux Boucau. Arrival and departure is always on Saturdays!
Another way to travel to France is by train. Here you can book from three months in advance and should not be too late, since you absolutely need a reservation for the TGV (French ICE). Here you should expect up to 200 €. The destination station in France is DAX here – all trains go via Paris. Right here: secure your ticket at here.

Destination airports close to the camp are Bordeaux and Biarritz.
Direct flights from Germany are usually quite expensive, but there is the possibility to book a cheap flight to London with Ryanair or Easyjet, for example. From London you can then take a connecting flight to Biarritz. From Switzerland you can fly cheaply from Geneva or Basel to Bordeaux with Easyjet and with Darwin Airlines from Geneva to Bordeaux and Biarritz. The combination of travel services offered to you is a package tour within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302, and therefore you can claim all EU rights that apply to package tours. Puresurfcamps GmbH bears full responsibility for the proper implementation of the entire package tour. In addition, Puresurfcamps GmbH has the legally required coverage for the repayment of your payments and, if transportation is included in the package tour, to ensure your return transportation in case of its insolvency.

As a tour operator, we inform you about all matters that may be important for you before departure. Be it entry or vaccination requirements, payment modalities and detailed information about the service provider, etc.

Courses are provided to the traveler as part of a group. The size of the group usually varies between 4 and 12 surfers depending on the demand. Classes are usually in German or English. Courses are limited for people with reduced mobility.

Payment: The down payment of 20% of the travel price is payable immediately and to be transferred to our account stating the invoice number, plus any immediately payable services, such as insurance, processing fees or stop and airport surcharges. The balance is to be transferred no later than 30 days before departure also under indication of the invoice number on our account. For bookings less than 4 weeks before departure, the entire amount is due immediately and send a screenshot of the transfer by e-mail to us to avoid reminder fees.
