Facstheet to inform travellers on package holidays in accordance with § 651a BGB (German Civil Code)
The combination of travel services offered to you is a package holiday within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Therefore, you can benefit from all EU rights that apply to package holidays. Puresurfcamps GmbH bears full responsibility for the proper implementation of the entire package holiday. In addition, Puresurfcamps GmbH has the legally required security for the repayment of your payments and, if the transport is included in the package holiday, to ensure your return transport in the event of insolvency.
Single Travel Service: Flight
Brokerage Of Single Travel Services
When booking these single travel services for your trip through our company, Puresurfcamps GmbH, you cannot exercise the rights under Directive (EU) 2015/2302 for package holidays. Our company thus is not responsible for the proper provision of these travel services. If you have any difficulties, please contact the respective service provider. When booking single travel services, no security needs to be provided for the reimbursement of your payment to Puresurfcamps GmbH for services that were not provided due to the insolvency of Puresurfcamps GmbH. Please note that this will not result in a reimbursement in the event of the insolvency of the service provider.
