In the Beachfront Surfcamp we have modern double rooms - some have a balcony and sea view - others open up a wonderful view of the rock massif at the back
Three of the five double rooms have direct access to the terrace, from which you can enjoy the sunset and watch the waves.
There is space for up to 6 people in the shared room, where surfers, backpackers and solo travelers from all over the world meet to share their experiences. In addition to the 3 bunk beds, there are also cupboards to store luggage.
The Beachfront Surf Camp Caparica has a large living room with a TV and comfortable sofas. This is also where we have breakfast together. Outside you can of course make yourself comfortable on the spacious sun terrace from which you can see the sea and check out the waves.

The advanced surf course takes place at the best spot for the day and the level of the surfers taking part. This course is specially designed for advanced learners.
The Beachfront Surf Camp Caparica is located directly on the house beach Fonte de Telha and offers ideal waves for beginners and advanced surfers. Depending on the weather and wave conditions, the surf course also takes place on the beach of Paraíso and São João, with empty line-ups and beach restaurants.
In addition, there is everything you could wish for in terms of surfing in the area around Lisbon: from beach breaks to point breaks, the right spot can be found for every surfing level. A trip north to the Ericeira or Peniche area by car is worthwhile and offers variety. With water temperatures of 17°C to 20°C in summer, a 3/2 mm Neo is sufficient in the high season and a 4/3 mm for the rest of the year.

Yoga
There is hardly a combo that harmonises as well as yoga & surfing! The yoga class takes place on the beach or in the garden. Always in the morning or evening when the sun is already lower. Each session lasts one hour.
SUP
You can not only rent surfboards, but also body or stand-up paddle boards (SUP) - we recommend local organizers who will provide you with the equipment. If you are interested, surf tours to other beaches in the area, such as Peniche or Costa da Caparica, can also be organized on site.
Lisbon
Lisbon is only half an hour away and absolutely worth a visit! Check out the most beautiful corners and breathtaking vantage points, go shopping, ride the old trams and party on the famous rooftop bars!
Sintra
Another trip that makes the hearts of all those interested in culture beat faster is the trip to Sintra. West of Lisbon, the place, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers enchanting castles, centuries-old palaces and secret gardens. There are lots of lovely souvenir shops to discover in the winding old town.
Wine Region
If you are into wine, you should visit the different wineries and taste your way through the wine list. From white to red to dessert wine and the Portuguese Vino Verde, i.e. green wine, you can try everything.
The world is full of chronic diseases and poor health. Cross training is for anyone willing to take responsibility for their own fitness and health. We recommend that you train with a coach at the beginning so that the execution of the various exercises is carried out correctly and therefore in a healthy manner.
